UPN's Biography of Percy Daggs III
Percy Daggs III stars as Wallace Fennel, a new student at Neptune High who becomes a friend to fellow outcast Veronica Mars, in UPN's new drama VERONICA MARS.

With the help and encouragement of his mother and friends, Daggs began to pursue acting at age 14. Since then, Daggs has appeared in almost 25 commercials, including spots for Nestle's Crunch, with Shaquille O'Neal, and AT&T, with D.L. Hughley. His television credits include guest starring roles in "The Guardian," "NYPD Blue" and "Boston Public," and co-starring appearances in "Family Law" and "Any Day Now."

A middle child with three siblings, Daggs is active in many sports and particularly adores basketball. When not acting or on a court, he spends time with his family and close friends. 

His family has a long history in Long Beach, Calif. that dates back to the early 1900’s.

Some Things You Might Not Know About Percy Daggs III:
- Teddy Dunn and Percy Daggs III are good friends and roommates.
- Percy's younger sibling appeared in the episode "Like A Virgin" appropriately, as a member of Wallace's family.
- Percy's hair probably changes more than anyone else's in the series.
